BAFTA offers a range of partnership options for brands, individuals and trusts that share our passion and commitment to the film, television and games industries. This three month Internship offers the fantastic opportunity to be part of BAFTA’s Partnerships team, helping to manage over 60 brand partners and be involved with new and exciting revenue generating projects.
The internship is a full time position for three months, working within the Partnerships team. There is the option to extend the internship to a maximum of 6 months.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
1. Working with the Partnerships team to support servicing and delivery of partnerships around our Awards and our Events.
2. Supporting the teams’ overall strategic goals including the achievement of income targets.
3. Helping the partnerships team to identify and develop new leads to help secure new funding.
4. Researching and compiling relevant information and imagery for proposals. 
5. Supporting the Partner Manager with planning and logistics for the Style Suites in the lead up to the 2015 Awards season.
6. Supporting the Partnerships Executive with the management and logistics of the gift bags for both the Film and Television Awards. 
7. Researching new gift partners. 
8. Uploading and managing contracts on the BAFTA database.
9. Managing the collation of and approvals of partner copy for any BAFTA print collateral and for online use.
10. Coordination of any photography briefs for the Director of Photography.
11. Coordination and delivery of key awards information for external partners. 

12. Management of guest lists for specific events.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Proactively being aware of and interested in brand trends both in the UK and Internationally
2. Ensuring that BAFTA’s vision, mission and values are adhered to and its principles promoted
3. Supporting team and partners at key events.
4. Liaising and communicating with key internal departments when required. 
5. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships on progress against specific objectives.
6. Supporting the Head of Fundraising with any additional duties when required.
Personal Specification
1. Experience in marketing and sales desirable.
2. Experience of customer service is desirable.
3. Excellent communication skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy.
4. Relevant interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with different levels of management.
5. Experience in responding appropriately to the requirements and demands of a very busy team, with the ability to handle and respond positively under pressure.
6. Attention to detail and excellent proof reading skills.
7. High degree of commitment and flexible approach to working hours.
8. Ability to work independently using own initiative.
9. Developed time management and organisational skills.
10. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office IT systems.
11. Knowledge of and interest in the art form of the moving image including film, TV and games.
Educational Requirement: Degree level
